Our M. FLAVOR product group includes special multilayer, polyamide-based, flavoured artificial casings. During our internally developed technological process the inner surface of the artificial casing receives a coating which contains the required flavour and colour. The coating forms an even and stable layer on the polyamide surface without smudging or causing any problems during manufacturing. The product can be easily filled and pressed, even when dry. The heat treatment seals the coating onto the filling, forming a “crust” on its surface. After removing the artificial casing the finished product looks very appealing when displayed on the deli counters either sliced or whole, guaranteed to attract customers who like high-quality, innovative products. The M. FLAVOR coated artificial casings make production safer, more efficient and cost-effective. They result in a much more streamlined production technology, where certain phases (such as smoking, coating after cooking, etc.) can be completely eliminated. Our products can be very useful in production optimisation by replacing less cost-effective manufacturing processes.
This way production may only involve one phase (Cook & Ship). Apart from producing an aesthetic crust effect, the coating also contributes to the product’s balanced flavours, which represents a significant added value in terms of quality. When developing the flavour and colour combinations of the coatings we used refined recipes that can be further developed and customised. Our products are perfectly suitable for creating new product categories and trends in the meat, poultry and dairy industries. When designing our product range our primary focus was on the 21st century manufacturing technology processes, as well as on cost-effectiveness and customer demands.
